DSAL 49ers PREP Flag Football empowers youth to lead healthy lifestyles by engaging in physical activity and nurturing the growth of student athletes on and off the playing field. The program provides free non-contact activities for both boys and girls as well as additional programs to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities.

DSAL's principal flag football objective is to offer youth in the community a safe, fun introduction and exposure to the sport of football and its fundamentals, along with an effort to provide another outlet for physical fitness, and the development of social and life skills.

Ages 7-9 will play from 11:15am - 12:30pm

Ages 10-14 will play from 12:45pm - 2:00pm
