This class is for ages 30 & up.

The Deputy Sheriff's Activities League provides a free, open-to-all boxing classes for children and adults, giving community members a chance to increase their fitness levels, learn boxing basics, and work their way up to advanced training if desired.
Coaches, mentors and trainers focus on the fitness and discipline aspects of the sport, and encourage participants that the lessons in the gym and the ring carry over into daily life.

The MASTER DIVISION BOXING CLASS is conducted 5 days per week and it is tailored for men and women 30 years of age and above. This is a very technical oriented boxing class that will help individuals to reach their maximum physical potential along with providing the tools a person needs to develop mental toughness and resilience as well.
